Information you provide

The pilot form collects your name, work email, property or community name, approximate unit count, and your description of how missed calls are handled. We also save a request identifier, timestamps, source, and review status. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message.

Please provide business information only. Do not include private renter information, financial details, passwords, or identification documents.

How the information is used

HatchLeads uses your details to review your request, understand your property's needs, check pilot suitability, and communicate with you about your inquiry. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a paid service or newsletter.

Storage and service providers

Pilot requests are stored in Supabase and reviewed by HatchLeads. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. Business email is handled through Gmail. These providers process information needed to supply their services. Submitted requests are not displayed publicly on this website.

The form uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may also process technical request information for operation and security. The simulated demo does not send real SMS messages.

Stored requests and your choices

The current request system does not automatically delete submissions after a fixed period; removal is handled manually. You can email us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. These requests are reviewed manually, not processed instantly. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention processes.
